01 Packaging checks

Evaluate fill volume, compatibility, sealing, component fit and material stability. Incoming packaging also receives checks such as appearance, dimensions and cleanliness.

02 Raw-material inspection

Inspect relevant material properties, including appearance, color, odor, pH, viscosity and microbiological characteristics, according to the material and inspection plan.

03 Production-water monitoring

The manufacturing materials describe reverse-osmosis and EDI water treatment, routine production-water checks and periodic external testing.

04 Environmental hygiene

Air, personnel, equipment and production tools are included in the hygiene-monitoring activities described in the company materials.

05 Process inspection

First-piece confirmation precedes a production run, with inspections during manufacturing to check the agreed setup and process steps.

06 Product inspection

Semi-finished and finished-product evaluation includes appearance, sensory properties, stability and relevant microbiological checks before the next release decision.

07 Records & retained samples

Batch records and retained samples connect raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods for quality review and traceability.

How should I read the Halal files?

HCS is the issuing organization shown on both files. One carries Indonesian-standard and BPJPH-recognition wording; the other carries Malaysian-standard and JAKIM-recognition wording. Both refer to the six products named in Appendix 1. Review the full original and confirm the scope for your product.
