Inside the manufacturing network described by YOUREE

A source-based overview of the three production bases and specialized formats described in the group’s November 2025 company materials.

Controlled production corridor at the YOUREE factory

YOUREE’s November 2025 group presentation describes a manufacturing network with three production bases and three research centres. It brings several beauty production formats into the same company overview.

A network with different production routes

The supplied materials include water-based and cream products, masks, freeze-dried formats, BFS single doses and soft capsule skincare. These are different production directions, each with its own formulation, filling and packaging considerations.

The overview helps explain which questions to ask when planning a product. It does not establish that every proposed formula is suitable for every line or that the capacity figures in the presentation are available for a particular order.

Production information meets process control

The presentation also describes digital weighing and MES process guidance, water treatment and quality inspection. These activities connect the manufacturing instructions with the materials and process used for a batch.

Incoming-material checks, process inspection, finished-product evaluation and retained samples appear in the same quality workflow. Together, they provide context for a conversation about how a confirmed sample is handed over to production.

Review suitability before scheduling

When discussing a production route, share the formula direction, fill volume, packaging and estimated quantity. The team can then review the relevant format, approval requirements and production plan.

This overview reflects the supplied company presentation. It is not an announcement of a new site or a promise of a fixed production lead time.
